Enfys Maloney is the creator and host of The End of Year Extravaganza, the sales and strategy event known for its energy, impact, and unapologetic celebration of small business brilliance.

She’s a multi-award-winning speaker, sales mentor and event leader who built her business from scratch after losing everything in the pandemic. Since then, she’s helped hundreds of service-based business owners raise their revenue, their visibility, and their confidence, fast.

Known for her bold ideas, sharp strategy and zero-fluff delivery, Enfys isn’t here to play small, and she doesn’t want you to, either.

She’s obsessed with helping entrepreneurs rise, and can’t stand wasted talent, unseen brilliance or missed opportunities to celebrate ambition in action. Whether she’s coaching in a mastermind, hosting a sold-out retreat, or handing out awards in heels and sequins, her mission is always the same:
