I have over 16 years of experience in sales and love to train small business owners how to sell confidently, comfortably, and consistently.
After graduating from university, I stepped into corporate sales, where my appreciation and application of considered consultative selling began. After receiving industry-leading Sales & Management Training during this time, I then worked alongside several incredible sales mentors.
In the last few years I've started two businesses from scratch with two young kids at home. The first (my travel business) was badly hit by the pandemic giving me the opportunity to launch Sales Training with Enfys. This business has been the phoenix from the ashes of the pandemic and I'm thrilled with the results my clients have experienced. The Elevate product range are all designed with one thing in mind: to help small business owners get comfortable, and confident selling and ultimately make more sales, comfortably and consistently.
My family heritage has had a profound influence on my work ethic, outlook, and approach not only in business but in life in general.
I was raised in Snowdonia in a rural Welsh-speaking community up in the mountains, surrounded by a wonderfully exuberant, creative, and entrepreneurial family.
The famous Portmeirion Village was the creation of my great grandfather, the architect Sir Clough Williams Ellis. My grandparents, Susan Williams-Ellis and Euan Cooper Willis, are best known as the founders of the Portmeirion Pottery Group.
They saw a golden opportunity to create pottery as iconic souvenirs to visitors to Portmeirion Village, which had become a tourist destination in North Wales.
From starting the business from their home, it grew into a global success, turning over £90m a year. The group now includes Portmeirion Pottery, Spode, Wax Lyrical, Royal Worcester, Pimpernel, and more recently Nambé. It is an incredible and inspirational legacy.
