This evening is intentionally low-pressure. The next day is strategic and focused, so this night is about arriving, meeting the other leaders in the room, and settling into the atmosphere of the retreat.

This is the day we really get underneath what's going to drive your ambition as you step into your next chapter as a purpose-driven leader ready to unapologetically embrace your limitless potential.
Weather permitting, we may outline this next chapter outdoors for part of the day. My retreat is known for the glorious masterminding in the woods and beachside breakout conversations, blending focused boardroom strategy with expansive, fresh-air thinking.

Portmeirion village is a vibrant and breathtaking location, but its significance is what makes it the perfect place to inspire you to go bigger and bolder in your business, whilst honing in on what next-level actions will bring you the most purpose and fulfillment.
This unique and beautiful location is where I’m from and was designed by my great grandfather.
His daughter, my grandmother, then went on to create Portmeirion Pottery. They needed gifts and souvenirs to sell to tourists in the village shop. My grandmother designed pottery to sell and that small business is now world renowned.
My grandmother on my father's side also ran her own business at a time when "women in business" was unheard of.
My background massively influences my approach:

There are no rules.
There is only limitless opportunity - if you know how to harness it.

It’s a truly magical place and you won’t help but feel energised and motivated as you soak up its stunning landscape.
Portmeirion Village is an iconic destination located in North Wales. If you're coming by train the closest station is Bangor or Porthmadog and we will help you arrange a train-transfer to Portmeirion. Easy peasy!
