An extraordinary storybook village on the North Wales coast, surrounded by woodland, architecture, colour and sweeping estuary views.
This unique and beautiful location is home to me. The village was designed by my great-grandfather. His daughter, my grandmother, then went on to create Portmeirion Pottery.
They needed gifts and souvenirs to sell to tourists in the village shop. My grandmother designed pottery to sell and that small business is now world renowned.
Portmeirion is an iconic destination for a reason.

Wednesday 24th February
Arrive in Portmeirion and we'll begin at 3pm.
This afternoon is intentionally low-pressure. The next day is strategic and focused, so this afternoon and tonight is about arriving, meeting the other leaders in the room and soaking up Portmeirion.
There will be time to get to know one another properly, discover who you are sharing the retreat with and begin the conversations that will continue around the tables the following day.
By the time we sit down to get focused on our sales strategy the following morning, you won't be walking into a room of strangers. You'll already know who is in the room, what they are building and where some very interesting conversations might lead.

This is the day we really get underneath what's going to drive your ambition as you step into your next chapter as a purpose-driven leader ready to unapologetically embrace your limitless potential.
Weather permitting, we may outline this next chapter outdoors for part of the day. My retreat is known for the glorious masterminding in the woods and beachside breakout conversations, blending focused boardroom strategy with expansive, fresh-air thinking.

We know you want to make a decision to book your ticket while the opportunity is in front of you. We also know that life can change.
Important calendar dates change, caring responsibilities shift, circumstances you could not have predicted suddenly need your attention.
That is why we offer a fair, no-fuss refund policy:
◈ Retreats: Cancel up to 60 days before the retreat begins and receive a full refund.
◈ One-day events: Cancel up to 45 days before the event and receive a full refund.
After these dates, your booking becomes non-refundable because we will have committed to the venue, suppliers and your place.
This is our way of making it easier for you to say yes now, knowing you still have space to change your mind if life happens.

Going big isn't about mindless growth. It is about refusing to automatically choose the safest version of what comes next.
Maybe your big is £250k.
Maybe it's £1m.
Maybe it's a national profile, an acquisition, a book, a licensing model, a team, a completely new market or an offer that changes the economics of your business.
