If you're staying at The Bedford Swan or another local hotel this is your time to check in and get changed and transformed for tonight's Golden Peacock Awards and Extravaganza Party.
If you're not staying overnight, then bring your evening wear as there is a lovely dressing room you can use at the venue which is upstairs from our event room.
6:00 - Fizz and Finery, the no-black-tie evening begins!
6:30 - Take your place at the table; it's time for dinner. Your table number is noted on the email you received this link.
7:30 - The Golden Peacock Awards hosted by moi!
8:15 - Desserts are served
8:45 - Welcome the secret entertainment and band

Photography & social media sharing:
Photo taking is permitted and encouraged and can be shared. You're welcome and encouraged to tag Enfys (@salestraining_with_enfys) and use and follow #salestrainingwithenfys and #withenfys
Enfys' photographer and videographer will be taking coverage and images and content will be shared to promote future offers and events. Woohoo!
If you do not want to be in the photos please let Enfys's team know by email in advance AND KEEP OUT OF ANY INTENTIONAL GROUP SHOTS.
Parking:
The hotel offers complimentary on-site car park on a first-come, first-served basis so allow plenty of time to park. Please register your vehicle at the hotel reception on arrival (don't get a ticket).
Please refrain from parking on any section of the grass as this land is owned by Bedford Borough Council, subject to their rules and regulations. The hotel is not liable for any parking infringement notices they issue.
Dress code:
Day time > Colourful & Comfortable - No need for anything extravagant during the day. You're welcome to wear your comfortable flat shoes if you wish to!
Night time > Dress to impress! Tonight will be a snazzy NO BLACK - BLACK TIE dazzle inducing evening wear encouraged!
My events are always ultra COLOURFUL and I expect our Fizz and Finery to welcome plenty of sequins and anything- goes occasion wear.
Long dresses, short dresses and plenty of over the top Golden Peacock infused outfits all welcome for our evening of glittering awards, live music and partying!
Lunch:
Please make sure you have lunch before the event as dinner won't be served until 6:30pm.
With that in mind, if you think you'll get peckish feel free to bring your favourite snack to have during the Cinderella Hour.
Planet Aware
At Sales Training with Enfys Ldt we are committed to doing our bit to save the planet and we're consciously trying to minimise our carbon footprint as a business.
With this in mind you might find a few things 'missing' at the event; such as a printed order of service and a printed table plan. Where possible we limit paper use which is why these details are being sent to you electronically.
Other small steps in the right direction; Enfys' team has travelled by rail and car-sharing here today and we use editable workbooks to minimise the need for printing for all of Enfys' courses.
We've carefully selected decorations that we can reuse in the future such as our beautiful table decorations crafted from repurposed charity found items, our event banners that are undated allowing us to use them at future events, as well as our lanyards that can be used again and again. The balloons on display at the event are biodegradable and eco-friendly.
There is SO much more we can do as a business to minimise our environmental impact and in 2024 Sales Training with Enfys Ltd will be focusing further on what we can do to run a sustainable business.
