This is where we put your business on the editing table, to decide what needs to remain in it.
We'll look at where your time, money and attention are going and ask whether each requires its place in the business you're building now.
Weather permitting, some of our thinking may happen outdoors.
My Portmeirion retreats are known for masterminding in the woods and conversations beside the water, combining serious commercial thinking with the kind of space that is difficult to create inside your normal working week.
By the end of the day, you'll be closer to or will have made the decisions about what you're cutting, what you're keeping and what you're going to elevate for the rest of 2027.

This unique and beautiful location is where I’m from and was designed by my great grandfather. His daughter, my grandmother, then went on to create Portmeirion Pottery. They needed gifts and souvenirs to sell to tourists in the village shop. My grandmother designed pottery to sell and that small business is now world renowned.
Portmeirion is somewhere that makes you look up.
There is room to think, walk, eat beautifully, talk late into the evening and create long-lasting connections.
