This is where we put your business on the editing table, to decide what needs to remain in it.
We'll look at where your time, money and attention are going and ask whether each requires its place in the business you're building now.
Weather permitting, some of our thinking may happen outdoors.
My Portmeirion retreats are known for masterminding in the woods and conversations beside the water, combining serious commercial thinking with the kind of space that is difficult to create inside your normal working week.
By the end of the day, you'll be closer to or will have made the decisions about what you're cutting, what you're keeping and what you're going to elevate for the rest of 2027.

Important calendar dates change, caring responsibilities shift, circumstances you could not have predicted suddenly need your attention.
That is why we offer a fair, no-fuss refund policy:
◈ Retreats: Cancel up to 60 days before the retreat begins and receive a full refund.
◈ One-day events: Cancel up to 45 days before the event and receive a full refund.
After these dates, your booking becomes non-refundable because we will have committed to the venue, suppliers and your place.
This is our way of making it easier for you to say yes now, knowing you still have space to change your mind if life happens.
