About Me
In a nutshell, I provide sophisticated sales training designed to help show-stopping small business owners and entrepreneurs make more sales, comfortably, confidently and consistently. I have worked in sales since 2006 and In the last few years I have started two businesses from scratch with two very young kids at home. The first (my travel business) was badly hit by the pandemic giving me the opportunity to launch Sales Training with Enfys. This business has been the phoenix from the ashes of the pandemic and I'm thrilled with the results my clients have experienced. The Elevate Circle is my signature programme; proving to be a powerful space for exciting business owners to come and learn, connect and elevate their sales.
The sales training I provide is enjoyable, engaging and thought provoking and designed with one thing in mind; to help small business owners hold conversations that not only connect, but also convert.
Although my training is fundamentally created to elevate my clients’ sales strategy, approach and sales skills it’s also about sales mindset.
There is no point having the tools, techniques and know-how without the confidence to implement and take action. My aim is to change how my clients feel about selling. I help ambitious business owners see selling for what it is; harnessing incredible opportunities, with intention, to serve and delight prospective clients.

My family heritage has had a profound influence on my work ethic, outlook, and approach not only in business but in life in general.
I was raised in Snowdonia in a rural Welsh-speaking community up in the mountains, surrounded by a wonderfully exuberant, creative, and entrepreneurial family.
The famous Portmeirion Village was the creation of my great grandfather, the architect Sir Clough Williams Ellis. My grandparents, Susan Williams-Ellis and Euan Cooper Willis, are best known as the founders of the Portmeirion Pottery Group.
They saw a golden opportunity to create pottery as iconic souvenirs to visitors to Portmeirion Village, which had become a tourist destination in North Wales.
From starting the business from their home, it grew into a global success, turning over £90m a year. The group now includes Portmeirion Pottery, Spode, Wax Lyrical, Royal Worcester, Pimpernel, and more recently Nambé. It is an incredible and inspirational legacy.
